Are the doctors on Ofllo licensed?

Yes. Every physician on the Ofllo platform holds a valid EU medical licence and has been individually verified by our team. You can see each doctor's specialty and background on their profile page.

Is my health data safe?

Yes. All health data is stored within the European Union and processed under GDPR Article 9 (special category health data) with your explicit consent. We use encrypted storage and never share your data with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

What happens after I book?

You will receive a confirmation email with your video consultation link. The link will be active at the time of your appointment. You can manage, reschedule, or cancel your booking from your patient dashboard at any time.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment from your patient dashboard. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund — contact info@ofllo.com.

A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone. No software installation is needed — consultations run directly in your browser.

Ofllo serves patients across 30+ European countries. All consultations are conducted in English or Greek (depending on the doctor). Additional languages are being added.

Prices vary by service and doctor. You can see the price for each service before booking — there are no hidden fees. Payment is collected at the time of booking via Stripe.

No. Ofllo is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, EU-licensed physicians. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions are made solely by your treating physician.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request account deletion and full data erasure by emailing info@ofllo.com. We will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR. A self-service delete option is available in your account settings.
