Technology intermediary — not a medical provider

Ofllo is a technology platform operated by Innoviqor Consulting LP. The platform connects patients with independent, EU-licensed medical professionals. Innoviqor Consulting LP and Ofllo do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. All clinical decisions are made solely and independently by the treating physician.

1. Who operates this service

The Ofllo platform is operated by Innoviqor Consulting LP (the "Operator", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Role of the platform

  • The platform is a technology intermediary only: it provides booking, video consultation, messaging, payment, and record-keeping tools.
  • The platform is not a clinic, hospital, pharmacy, or medical provider, and does not employ the physicians listed on it.
  • Any patient–physician relationship is established directly and exclusively between you and the treating physician.

3. Physician independence

All physicians on Ofllo are independent contractors holding their own valid medical licences in an EU member state. They are solely responsible for their clinical judgment, diagnoses, prescriptions, and advice. Innoviqor Consulting LP does not direct, supervise, or control the practice of medicine on the platform and is not liable for clinical decisions made by any physician.

4. User obligations

  • Provide accurate identity, contact, and health information.
  • Maintain a single account and keep your credentials confidential.
  • Use the platform only for lawful, personal medical purposes.
  • Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your relationship to a patient.

5. Payments and refunds

Consultation fees and subscription pricing are displayed at the point of booking. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds for cancelled or non-delivered consultations are handled per our refund policy; contact info@ofllo.com for assistance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Innoviqor Consulting LP provides the Ofllo platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Innoviqor Consulting LP shall not be liable for: (a) any clinical decision, diagnosis, prescription, advice, act, or omission of any physician using the platform; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data; (c) any harm arising from delays, downtime, or failures of third-party services (including video, payment, and communication providers).

Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the platform is limited to the total amount you have paid to Ofllo in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

7. Governing law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greek law).

8. Jurisdiction

The competent courts of Athens, Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence within the EU.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
