Who operates this service
This platform is operated by Innoviqor Consulting LP, trading as Ofllo.
What the service is and is not
- Ofllo IS: a booking, telemedicine, and health data platform.
- Ofllo IS: a marketplace connecting patients with EU-licensed physicians.
- Ofllo IS NOT: a medical provider, clinic, or prescriber.
- Ofllo IS NOT: a pharmacy or drug manufacturer.
User obligations
- Provide accurate personal and health information
- Maintain one account per person
- Not misuse the platform or attempt to circumvent access controls
Subscription and payment terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or quarterly as selected at checkout
- You may cancel at any time via your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Acceptable use
